My Opinion on Every Pokémon, Generation 2

After several days of waiting and slacking, I've finally posted My Opinion on Every Pokémon in Generation 2.

The reasons I delayed this are mostly because I'm lazy (I couldn't help but play video games), and slightly because of my overall opinion on Generation 2.

At least this was slightly easier because there are fewer Pokémon and forms in Generation 2. Generation 1 had a TON of Mega Evolutions and Alola Forms.
